Terms of Service
Clear, SaaS-focused terms for using the axcciS platform.
Service Provided
axcciS is a cloud-based job management and scheduling platform. The software is licensed, not sold. Users do not receive ownership of the platform.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining login security and all activity under their account.
Billing & Add-Ons
Recurring charges may apply for optional account add-ons, including divisions or structural upgrades. These charges belong to the company account, not individual users.
Data Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their uploaded data. axcciS retains ownership of the software, code, and branding.
Prohibited Use
Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the software.
Uptime & Liability
axcciS provides no guarantees against temporary outages. Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.
Disputes
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before legal action.
Termination
axcciS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or non-payment.
Changes to Terms
Terms may change at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
